Osiris, Exiled Warlock

Osiris is a Guardian from the Last City - one of the most famous, and certainly the most infamous. A survivor of Humanity's Dark Age, Osiris was until recently an immortal Warlock, the archetypal Dawnblade known as the Phoenix. A very recent loss has left him mortal, shattered, and doubting everything, but there are embers among the ashes and he still retains his knowledge, wit, and experience. Only a fool would underestimate those, or think him helpless....

Osiris has recently lost his native Light abilities, but will probably be able to use Ruby abilities to imitate anything appropriate to that skillset. See: Dawnblade. He is skilled at gunplay and small-scale battle tactics as well as long-term strategy. He has spent centuries working on network infiltration and decoding complex cyphers; he spends his free time researching for answers about the nature of the Light and Darkness, which will not be terribly useful here. He is a renowned writer whose books are both bestselling and banned. His personality is such that he has inspired a dedicated cult, much to his current dismay.
